Copyright Infringement Notification
Oafer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Oafer service that are reported to our Designated Agent, identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Oafer, please submit a written notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Oafer to locate it (for example, the specific account or upload in question).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Oafer to contact you — an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notifications that do not substantially comply with the above requirements may not receive a response.
